Shipping and returns
What shipping costs on feeders and solar chargers from Trophy Pond Management, and how returns work.
Shipping
We ship feeders and solar chargers to addresses in the United States. Every order is shipped to you; we do not offer pickup. Shipping is worked out from what is in your cart and added at checkout:

| Outside Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Kentucky and eastern Arkansas | Add $30 once per order |
At checkout you choose shipping inside or outside Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Kentucky and eastern Arkansas. Tennessee orders also pay Tennessee sales tax, added at checkout.
Returns and cancellations
- You can return an item within 14 days.
- Call (931) 374-0536 for a return number before you send anything back.
- Returns of items that are not defective carry a 20 percent restocking fee.
- You can cancel an order at no charge within four hours of placing it.
- Special orders cannot be returned.
Vertex aeration systems are quoted and ordered by phone, and the terms are agreed with you at that time.
